I’m Russian (grew up in the U.S.). This has REALLY helped me reconnect with my Russian / Mongolian roots. Super easy & effective. Really helps me memorize & expand my vocabulary. 😊

I love this learning app it’s fun and effective and if your not able to get premium it’s not like you’re only getting to do like 2 things and that’s it an overall great app definitely recommend

Exceptional App!

This is been my favorite app for a little over a year now. I love the deals they have for the app, I always go for the free trials. The app has improved my Russian a lot, aside from me taking a weekly class online with my teacher. This will always be my number one app to use, I always recommend it to my friends or people in Facebook groups for language learning.

Goes over basic vocabulary very well, also providing sound examples.

This app really helps me learn in a fun way!!

This is an excellent tutorial for the not-too-serious student of Russian, requiring at any lesson only a few minutes to acquire a few more words or phrases, etc. Rather than limiting my growth, this approach makes the process one which you can do day on day without being overwhelmed. Over time you can easily pick up a good deal of the language. Go-getters and strivers might prefer a more rigorous program.

I have learned a lot using it. And I like the way it motivates me to keep my streak. My only complaint is that there are some significant mistakes. My Russian husband often has to explain missing concepts. Also, there are several places where the audio does not match what is written. I keep submitting these errors but nothing has been done to fix them.

This app is amazing! Language learners take a moment and try this app. You won't be disappointed. Five star + rating! ❤️

Although I’ve just started I think the app is pretty good. I have practiced with some of my Chinese speaking friends and customers and they understand me quite well.

It’s excellent app

I’m a native speaker who lost most of her Russian when I moved to the United States. I’ve struggled for years to learn back what I lost and this is the first tool that has made Russian relevant, fresh, and fun to learn. The daily lessons bring variety to your vocabulary and keep you engaged with typing versus listening. Overall I recommend this app.

This feels and seems miles ahead of most language apps, the ability to change between English and Cyrillic letters is a plus.

This app is so underrated, it’s way much better then Duo-lingo, recommended.

Very interactive way to learn a new language.

I have tried several popular, well-known language methods, but this app not only teaches practical material, it does so using varied techniques in an enjoyable way that makes you want to keep returning to do more.

This app has been very helpful. The only thing I figure one should learn first is alphabets. Thanks for the great app by the way

I am truly learning. I can recall words, phrases, and see the native language as written. My next move is to find a group of native speakers for more immersive progress. Mondly is like if Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur had a witty, methodical baby that got to the point in a fun, engaging manner. This is THE APP to get if you want to learn fast and have fun while doing so. Thank you Mondly!!

I’ve used Russian language-learning products from Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, Babbel, Duolingo, and others over the last couple of decades, and I have found Mondly‘ stories be my favorite after a couple of months. Retirement sparked my interest in learning Russian (my daughter’s first language) again.

I gave it 5 stars because every week you allow people who cant afford the subscription have free content. ( Also i think the pronunciation and tips are helpful )

I found this app after trying many different language programs. It was outstanding. The daily lessons, AI / conversation engine concept, etc. Signed up for the monthly service and things started falling apart. Rather than the conversation AI I had in the first lessons - it’s just a recording of myself on both ends of a conversation without feedback... Not sure what value that’s supposed to provide. Then the lessons / new vocabulary audio started to fade. Some has audio, some doesn’t. Well... most doesn’t. Very difficult to translate a sentence when all you’re hearing is silence. Of all the language instruction tools I’ve tried, I really think this has the most promise. Including the $400 I dropped on the Rosetta Stone subscription... this could be much, much better. A combination of forced daily lessons with short, manageable, sessions - and the conversation AI (I want to practice on a computer - a tutor or “native speaker” for conversation is too much when I’m still trying to learn the absolute basics of a language). BUT, and this is a huge but, it’s unusable in its current state. Hoping to see this updated, and may try again in the future. Cool app, but it has a ways to go before it’s ready for release (i.e. I’m willing to pay anything for it). Also - for the developer. The subscription options are incredibly confusing. Whats with the 8 different packages? Either simplify the pricing / package structure or provide more information on what “subscription” I’m actually paying for. The same price for three different package options without explanation?

Good app to learn new language thanks

No matter what I think this is a five star app. I’d give it ten stars if I could. I have but one single gripe. I’d like it to be Landscape on the iPad Pro. Mostly because I am using this to learn Russian and I have an iPad Pro English / Russian keyboard. I’d like to be able to use this in Landscape mode with the keyboard but the app is likely just an iPhone app that happens to look very well on the iPad Pro but doesn’t take into account when it is being used on the iPad Pro. A simple Landscape mode would do the trick. Don’t let me take away from how great this app is. I use it almost every single day in combination with a competitor language app both of which I think compliment each other. This is one of a few apps I have found that truly make me believe it is possible to learn another language. This app works.
